One good thing they've done away with this week - having the parents of the contestants up top and asking the contestants to run up the stairs for hugs with the family after they perform.

Will's prediction for getting through tomorrow - Lambert, Allison, and I'm going with Kris Allen I think. Much better show than last week. After the first couple duds it got a lot better. I feel bad for Jasmine - I had high hopes for her. I wouldn't be surprised if Norman Gentle makes it, but Lambert and Allison should be locks.
I'm still hoping Matt Giraud makes it through. I know he kind of sucked tonight, but I think he could be really good! I agree that Allison and Lambert are the two definites. Allison's interview was really painful, though.

I thought, overall, tonight really sucked. That Lambert guy has pipes, for sure, but he seems more like a character than a person to me. What's ironic, is that Norman Gentle seems less like a character than Lambert. WTF?

You are all crazy. Brian and I thought that Bette Davis Eyes was AWESOME. The judges didn't think so, no one is talking about her on the blog, and so I fear for her. My prediction? Red head Allison, Lambert-uation (although I'm not as sold on him as others are) and Blondy McTattoo will go through. They better pull Bette Davis for wild card.
How is it that the two best people are monsters when they're not singing? I'm talking about Alone Bette Davis here...

The Cougar lobbyist group will rally behind Chris Allen. He is quite yummy and we all want to take him home and bake him cookies (yes, that is a euphemism.) Adam was kind of hot in a trying to look too much like Pete Wentz kind of way. Allison could win this whole thing because it is definitely chick time. Did anyone else get excited about seeing Michael Johns last week? He is Oceans 11 cool.
Adam Lambert is phenomenal, but he belongs on Broadway. "HE IS NOT RIGHT FOR THIS COMPETITION!!" I also agree with previous comment he is more like a fictional character/avatar than an actual person.
