American Idol VIewer's Guide - Motown!

It’s Motown week! The Idols hit the road last week and traveled to Detroit to sing Motown hits for Motown founder Berry Gordy Jr. and singer/songwriter Smokey Robinson. As you can imagine, they were received by nothing less than a mob of screaming Idol fans. That’s right, a DOZEN screaming fans met them as they arrived! That is four more fans than the number of Idols! Megan and Michael stayed behind in LA due to illness. How long can Megan milk that? Wonder how many times she will cough this week. But, back to our healthy Idols and the 1.5 screaming fans that they each met upon arrival in Detroit. They will each tackle a Motown hit this week, and these are our predictions:

Allison: You’ve Really Got a Hold On Me

Danny: Papa Was a Rolling Stone
Kris: Tears of a Clown

46% of the group think she's hot but her voice is not. 42% think she's hot and her voice is hot, too. So, good news for Megan - 88% of the pool thinks she's hot. Unfortunately, it's pretty split as to whether she can sing well.

Many of us are still recovering from Alexis’s departure from the show last week. Especially one day after The Daily News reported information from an AI “insider” who leaked that the producers had already picked the top 4 as Danny, Lil, Adam, and Alexis. Either the insider was wrong or the producers booted her off to prove that there are not messing with the results. Not that they had to take such a drastic step. The insider pretty much discredited herself when she called Lil a “dead ringer” for Fantasia. AS IF! At the risk of being bold, we at AI Headquarters believe that Lil would not be caught dead in this outfit:


Please. Comparing Lil to Fantasia is like comparing Jennifer Hudson to Tatiana Del Toro, which Tatiana basically did.
